Welcome to the Sugar & Spice family! We all know we need to make affordable gowns accessible for our budget conscious brides but we don’t really need to keep them on the shelf which is why we aim to create an easy, affordable solution for our brides, yours too!

We are super excited to have you on board here at Sugar & Spice and join us in our big bridal step forwarded into the brave new age of online shopping! 

How does it all work?

Once you sign up as a Sugar & Spice affiliate and you’ve been approved you will receive our own unique URL and login details, we’ll also give you a call to start the onboarding process. The most effective way to earn commissions is to have these gowns listed on your website with the links directing your clients back to Sugar & Spice (taking your affiliate link with them). For this process we have a team who will install and upload these new products to your website for a small fee or you are welcome to do this yourself. Once you are all up and functioning simply recommend/promote your brides to have a look at your website and buy online. For every purchase made through your affiliate link you will earn a commission. These commission vary depending on the category.

You can use your login details to log into www.sugarandspice.com.au website and track the amount of visits your link is getting and also how many sales are being generated through that link. Your commissions will be paid at the end of each month into your bank account. You will be able to track the sales and commissions through this portal.

Am I expected to deal with after sales enquiries and service?

As an affiliate you may find that the brides who found Sugar & Spice through your website might phone you up to enquire about the sales process or to track their order etc. You are welcome to answer them of course however we recommend you direct them back to the Sugar & Spice website where we can deal with all of their enquiries in house as we do not expect you to deal with these enquiries. Sugar & Spice will be the ones to send the order related emails and tracking details etc to the client directly without your involvement.

What happens if the customer has ordered the wrong size or doesn’t like the colour?

Because these gowns are Made to Order a 30% restocking fee will apply to all gowns returned within 7 days of receipt with full tags attached and in perfect condition. These situations are to be directed straight to the Sugar & Spice contact page as we will be dealing with the client.

If you require any advertising material please don’t hesitate to ask as we are happy to supply images or graphic designed artwork to suit your needs – printing of these will be at your expense.

By agreeing to these terms you will be required to make every effort to ensure that the values which Sugar & Spice stand for are upheld and you fulfil your obligation of playing by the rules which Sugar & Spice has set.
