This gown is brought to you all the way from Europe and is made with the highest quality laces and fabrics, displaying the utmost attention to detail to make you feel stunning on your wedding day. This gown is the opulence of fashion forward in bridal wear with a classic twist that will last a lifetime in your beautiful photos.

All prices are calculated from USD to be shown & charged in your local currency e.g. Australian Dollars ($AUD) or New Zealand Dollars ($NZ).

Model wears a size EUR 36. With measurements Bust: 84cm, Waist 64cm, Hip 88cm.  A complimentary breathable bridal gown bag is included for you to help you store your gown before and after your big day.

Delivery:

This gown is Made to Order and is sold exclusively online therefore unable to be tried on in store. It will take approximately 8 – 10 weeks to be made + shipping from our European factory so expectant delivery time is approximately 11 – 13 weeks from order.

If your wedding is within this time period we can also offer a 6 Week Rush Production + shipping with the expectant delivery time for this option being 9 – 10 weeks from order.

SIZING

Selecting the correct size for you can sometimes be the most daunting thing when ordering online which is why we have broken it down for you into 3 easy steps
  1. BUST – Around the fullest part of your bust, across the nipple.
  2. WAIST – Around the smallest part of your waistline.
  3. HIP – Around the fullest part of your bottom.
After watching the video and taking your measurements you are now equipped to select your size and order your gorgeous gown!
Selecting your size – First off, you are not in this alone. Our incredible Online Stylists are trained to help you every step of the way so all you have to do is reach out to them if you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure. Second, it largely depends on the style of gown you are choosing. If you are purchasing a Ball Gown or A Line style your hip measurement will be less important as you have a full skirt than if you were buying a fitted gown where the hip measurement is crucial. Use the size chart attached to each product to guide you. As you’ve seen in the video we recommend selecting a size that caters to your biggest measurement as it is much easier to run a gown in than let one out. However in most cases a gown can be altered down up to 2 sizes and let out up to 1 size.

6. PACKED & READY

The most exciting package you’ll ever receive! It’s time for our Pack & Wrap team to pack your order at our Brisbane, Australia Warehouse. We use TNT Couriers or Express Post to send all our parcels.

10. TRACK YOUR GOWN

You will receive tracking information directly from the Couriers so you can track your precious package.

If you are located within Australia, your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post or Couriers Please which takes between 1-3 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information directly from the Couriers so you can track your precious package.

INTERNATION SHIIPPING (outside Australia)

If we are shipping internationally we use either DHL or TNT Couriers which can take up to 10 days to arrive. You will receive tracking information directly from the Couriers so you can track your precious package.

We are an Australian family owned business and we have been in this game for over 35 years! We have been importing and disturbing wedding gowns throughout Australia and New Zealand for over 20 years. We are well aware just how important things like quality fabrics, structure, design and consistency are when dealing with a bride’s Big Day. That is why we only deal with reputable designers and factories for our gowns. All of our dresses are made in Europe and are design trend leaders. We also quality control every gown that comes in before sending it out.

Can I wear a bra?

Most of our gowns come with bra cups already sewn in so it’s unlikely you will require a bra because of the structure and boning used however my fuller busted ladies may require one to help the dress out a little, feel more comfortable and to give you the beautiful bust shape. If you feel like you’d prefer a fuller bust look then we recommend either adhesive bra cups or an extra bra cup sewn into the gown.

What underwear do I wear?

We recommend wearing skin coloured, seamless underwear.

What does it feel like to wear?

Picture yourself on your wedding day stepping to a fully lined gown so no netting is scratching you, as you pull up the gown you are aware of the structured bodice and bust support that is inbuilt into our gowns. As you zip/lace the gown up the boning takes affect and your already perfect waist (no matter what shape or size you are all perfect) is cinched in to give it definition and draw your eye. You feel like a million dollars and can now confidently strut your stuff down the isle.

How long does it take for my dress to be made?​

We recommend ordering your dress as soon as you can, so you have that peace of mind with plenty of time to spare. Our delivery times vary depending on the label. Anastasia Collection:

Where is my dress made?

All of our dresses are designed and made in our European factory.

Can I alter the design of my dress?

We would love to give every bride what they request in terms of alterations, however each and every one of our gowns undergo intensive design processes to ensure that the fit, feel and balance of each dress is absolutely perfect. Therefore, we do not offer customisations, unless stated.

What if I lose/gain weight?

We know that planning a wedding can be stressful and sometimes that stress presents itself in either losing or gaining of weight. Don’t stress you can take in a gown up to 2 sizes smaller and let it out up to 1 size bigger. If you have put on more weight than 1 size allows you can easily go for a lace up back which the dressmaker can convert over for you.

Returns/Refunds (non sale items)

All of our gowns are Made to Order and therefore a 30% restocking fee of the product cost will apply to all products returned. Please be aware that you will not be refunded for the shipping costs. Please fill out the returns form and include it with your parcel including your reason for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. NO exchanges will be offered for ordered gowns. All Made to Order gowns will fall under this return category. All products you wish to return will need to be returned to the supplied address within 10 business days of their receipt. Sugar & Spice will not accept any returns after this time. Sugar & Spice will only accept items that have not been worn, have all their tags still attached and are in perfect condition. Sugar & Spice retains the right to refuse returns on any products we deem in breach of these terms.

Sale items

This includes sample gowns and all other items that are on sale. We are delighted to be able to offer you a refund on your sample sale wedding gowns. All gowns must be returned within 10days of receiving the gown. All returns will incur a $45 restocking fee as well as any shipping & handling charges. The returns form can be downloaded from our FAQ's page. We are also pleased to be able to offer you an exchange on your gown for something else. All products you wish to exchange must be returned to Sugar & Spice within 10 days of delivery receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping costs of returning the item and also to have the new item sent out to you. Please include our returns form including the item name/number of the gown you wish to exchange it for.
